Balloon Terms for the balloon world.
Air: All balloons can be filled with air or nitrogen. In some cases you can also blow up balloons using an air compressor, or electric balloon machine.
Helium: Helium is a lighter than air gas. This gas expands in the heat , and shrinks in the cold. Temperature changes do effect helium, which in return effects the balloon.
